Well, then, if every time a man makes a clumsy pass at a woman that she isn't interested in accepting (even when the pass is delivered second hand) can be defined as "severe enough" to warrant a sexual harassment charge, I guess I better call a lawyer. I gotz me some munny doo.

Wait. Maybe I should hold off until I see whether those stupid greedy emotionally traumatized masseuses get any cash out of Favre and the Jets. there is no place for real harassment but there is a line between that and people who arnt happy with who approach them

Agreed. But I think people have lost sight of the line. When it affects employment, is repeated, is hostile or demeaning--no question. But a tasteless proposition/request to hook-up? I don't think that's harassment. Just annoying.
