We usually try to take it down the weekend after Epiphany/12th Night [depending] but this year I needed it up a bit longer. The holiday's pretty much were...lousy, so as long as it made me happy to look at decorated and lit, I asked if we could keep it up. There was grumbling, but no lobjections lodged. I realized Sunday I didn't care if it was up, which meant it was time for it to come down.
We do, however, keep the winter/Christmas dishes (blue, polar bear) and the snowmen out and up until about March 1.
Hmmmm. I don't know that song--I'll have to see if we have it. I'm a "Blow the Cold Winter Away" girl, myself.
