My mother recently replaced her Dryer. She felt kind of cheated because there was no reason for it to fail, it had given her years of service since she bought it in 1973. I guess she felt it should last forever or something. She went to the place she bought it to ask about parts, and she even took the original recipt with her. The original guy who sold it to her was there. He sold it to her in the first few moths he worked there, and when my mom came in again, he was planning his retirement party.
