In search of...

I am in search of any of the books from the Accursed Kings series by Maurice Druon--in English, please. Obviously I'd prefer the first, but beggars can't be choosers. I've done library searches and used book searches (yes, all the usual providers), but there doesn't seem to be anything available for less than $135 for the first book alone. Yes, I want them--but not that badly.

Of course, I'd also really like to see the 2005 mini-series (Gerard Depardieu as Jacques de Molay--OMG!!), but our brothers across the big pond have not seen fit to release it with subtitles.
