So, I cancel my classes for the consult.
I drive forty minutes to the consult.
The consult is canceled cause the consult person went home sick.
Lucky for them it's Thanksgiving week and I know better than to schedule anything significant for the two days of classes anyway.

So, I will make the lasagna to take on Thursday (thanks to the Baroness who fed me same and inspired me).

I will try to think what I can do to make Picts smile.

I will grade papers, wish I could read 'nora's papers, and maybe make pumpkin zucchini muffins. I will pack for the Great Massachusetts Migration and see if I have some cash to use while I am there. HarpDuchess spoke of a new store where we are going (Roche Bros.), and the Squirewife did as well. Since I'm a food whore, how can I resist visiting a new upscale foodie mart, I ask you.

Okay. Lunch, grade, cook. Sounds like a plan.

Feh, for not picking up the phone to tell you... unless they called while you were en route?

Roche Bros. is... sort of like Wegmans Lite. Think, um, Wegmans in the pre-Super Dannyland days.

To be fair, they did leave a ms. To be accurate, not before I left for the 40 minute drive.

So I should expect a fabric store and florist shop but no Godiva kiosk or jazz band?

Prepared food section, check.
Depending on how large the store, prepared while you wait, check.

No jazz band, no in-house restaurants, and nowhere near as large or exhaustive a selection.
