Well, then, if every time a man makes a clumsy pass at a woman that she isn't interested in accepting (even when the pass is delivered second hand) can be defined as "severe enough" to warrant a sexual harassment charge, I guess I better call a lawyer. I gotz me some munny doo.

Wait. Maybe I should hold off until I see whether those stupid greedy emotionally traumatized masseuses get any cash out of Favre and the Jets. I've still got time on the statute of limitation for at least 10 suits...Wish I'd known, though, earlier. Man, back in the 80's I could have really pulled in some serious cash.

A while back i asked about cloved lemons in an sca forum and i was AMAZED at the younger women who thought just the act of someone flirting with them if they wernt interested was "creepy" just because of age.

Agreed. But I think people have lost sight of the line. When it affects employment, is repeated, is hostile or demeaning--no question. But a tasteless proposition/request to hook-up? I don't think that's harassment. Just annoying.
