Well, after spending the last couple of days trying to dig my teeth out of my gullet (where they got kicked by the most recent realization regarding the caprice of the institution for which I work) I am happy to report that said dental objects are back in my mouth--somewhat the worse for wear, but as intact as they were before hand (my duodenum, on the other hand, has suffered some mauling).

So, now what do I do?
